 Return Period

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the day your order is delivered.

We understand that sometimes a product isn't exactly what you expected — and we're here to make the return process smooth and respectful of your time.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
  • If the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, unfortunately we cannot accept the return
  • All original accessories and packaging must be included

Return Costs & Restocking Fee

  • Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect
  • All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling and quality inspection
  • Before proceeding, we'll send you the estimated return shipping cost for approval

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll confirm if your refund is approved
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus shipping and restocking fees
  • Please allow extra time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or provider

1-Year Product Warranty

All northlens glasses include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong variant, or has a factory defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at help@shopmoenys.shop

We'll resolve it quickly and send you a new unit — shipping on us.
